The Savoie & Luttrell design and development team reconditioned and remodeled the existing space to create five commercial units with increased available space, upgraded utilities, and improved aesthetic design. However, Tuscany Villa was designed and built from the ground up by Savoie & Luttrell including developing the designs, dealing with all of the applicable permits, and all of the actual construction. In this case we were able to better use the space on the existing site and add two exam rooms while reducing the cost by 20%. Working with the Open Arms Daycare Center and Laborers for Christ we have recently completed the Bethany Daycare Center. Located in Slidell, this 8400 sqft daycare center was built from the ground up including the demolition of the previous building.
